By using Faheemly services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Faheemly is a B2B SaaS AI customer support platform. It helps businesses run a website chat widget, maintain a business knowledge base, manage customer conversations, capture leads, and hand conversations to teammates according to the selected plan and configuration.

3. Product nature and exclusions

Faheemly is a digital software service and does not ship physical products. The subscription is for access to the customer support platform. Faheemly does not sell SMS credits, bulk messaging, phone-number lists, or standalone message delivery balances. Any supported communication channel is used only within customer support workflows for the business.

4. Registration and account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
• Activity under your account remains your responsibility

5. Fees and billing

Current public plan pricing is subject to change. Billing terms, taxes, and renewal conditions are communicated during signup or through the account dashboard.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing policy. Product limits are SaaS usage controls and are not transferable message credits or bulk outreach balances.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Where refunds are allowed, they follow the commercial policy in effect for the selected plan or contract. Please also review the Billing and Refund Policy page.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Spam, abuse, harmful content, or unsolicited bulk outreach
• Intellectual property infringement
• Attempts to disrupt, probe, or compromise the platform

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Faheemly retains all rights to the platform, software, brand, design, and related materials. Use does not transfer ownership.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material updates may be communicated through the platform or by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations relevant to the operating entity and service deployment.
