Billing and Refund Policy

Faheemly is a digital B2B SaaS subscription for businesses. The subscription provides access to the AI customer support platform, website chat widget, business knowledge base, conversation management, lead capture, and human handoff features according to the selected plan and configuration.

Faheemly does not sell SMS credits, bulk messaging, phone-number lists, or standalone message-delivery balances. Any communication channel inside the product is part of a customer-support workflow and is not sold as an independent bulk messaging service.

After account creation or subscription activation, the customer receives digital access to the dashboard, widget setup, knowledge base, and billing records inside the account.

There are no physical products or shipping. The service is delivered through web, app, and API-based software interfaces.

A free trial may be available with a defined duration or usage limit shown on the pricing page or during signup.

Paid plans show their pricing, usage limits, enabled channels, and features on the pricing page and inside the dashboard. Usage limits are SaaS product controls, not resaleable message credits.

Customers may request cancellation from the dashboard or by contacting support. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless a specific agreement states otherwise.

After cancellation, paid features may be restricted while billing and compliance records are retained as required.

We generally do not refund used portions of an activated digital subscription unless there is a billing error or a material failure on our side to provide the service.

Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable period based on account status, activation date, and actual usage.

Faheemly may not be used for spam, fraud, impersonation, harmful content, or unsolicited bulk outreach.

We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate acceptable use rules, channel-provider requirements, or applicable law.
