Data Deletion Instructions
If you signed in to Faheemly using Facebook, Google, or any other connected account, you can request deletion of your account data at any time. This page is public so platform reviewers and customers can verify the process.
Option 1: From your dashboard
- Sign in to your Faheemly account.
- Open Dashboard, then Settings → Account.
- Scroll to the “Danger zone” section and select “Request account deletion”.
- This sends a request to our support team, who will confirm with you and delete eligible account data.
Option 2: Email request
Send an email to support@faheemly.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address used for your Faheemly account.
What we delete
We delete or anonymize account profile data, connected social login identifiers, business workspace data, chat test data, and related records where legally and operationally permitted. Financial and security audit records may be retained only where required for compliance, dispute handling, or fraud prevention.
